Hi, I’m josh

I’m a Chemical and Energy Systems Engineer working on Clean Energy, Battery Chemistry, and Climate Solutions.

Currently at Imperial College London for my master’s. Studying Sustainable Energy Futures and learning the engineering, economic, and environmental principles of the energy transition. My thesis focuses on building and testing a full-cell MXene sodium-ion battery.

Before graduate school, I studied chemical engineering and I designed a novel, sustainable concrete with higher strength metrics than traditional concrete for my capstone project. I also worked with the Greenway Institute to plan energy efficiency upgrades for their old buildings, and for the NYC watershed, analyzing soil for crop optimization and ensuring water quality and safety for millions.
